Louisville Community Revitalization

Invest in a Movement. Build Generational Wealth.

"The Gateway & Seven Bridges: 7th Street Corridor Project" is transforming Louisville's underserved neighborhoods into thriving, self-sustaining ecosystems.

Optimized for Regulation Crowdfunding (Reg CF) Investors

About The Gateway & Seven Bridges

Our core mission is to address the needs of marginalized, underserved communities in Louisville Metro through strategic real estate development.

Our vision is to replicate this proven model nationwide, transforming distressed neighborhoods into vibrant, self-sustaining ecosystems where everyone experiences "A Place to Work-Live-Play!" We leverage diverse funding sources and reinvest profits directly into community betterment and sustainable growth, ensuring a deeply rooted and impactful solution led by the first African American woman-led and owned multidimensional corporation.

The Problem

Louisville's Downtown, West, and Southwest sectors, like many urban underserved populations, face significant challenges in accessing equitable opportunities for entrepreneurship and community development.

Our Solution

Our solution is the phased development of the 7th Street Corridor, a "Community and Business Enterprise Initiative" offering vital retail spaces, business incubators (specifically the innovative JACMAC Incubator), social service agencies, and essential community green spaces.

The Gateway & Seven Bridges: 7th Street Corridor Project

State-of-the-Art/Eco-Friendly Real Estate Components:

Retail Shops & Restaurants

Providing essential services and vibrant commercial activity.

Business/Trades Incubators (JACMAC Incubator)

A "Genesis" for new entrepreneurs, providing space and business acumen.

Social Service Agencies

Offering critical support and resources to the community.

Business Office Spaces

Professional environments for growing enterprises.

Greenhouse Space

Fostering innovation and sustainable practices.

Family Recreation Greenspace

Creating accessible areas for community leisure and connection.

Phased Implementation:

Phase One: Gathering Seed (In full effect)Active

Securing headquarters, establishing partnerships, owning property for JACMAC Incubator, and seeking initial funding.

Phase Two: Planting the Seed

Preparing future entrepreneurs through the Key Center, based on community surveys, focusing on West and Southwest Louisville residents' input.

Phase Three: Watering the Seed

Acquiring additional portions of the Corridor, with JACMAC Shacks opening by Fall 2025. Funds from Shacks will transition parcels into the Genesis Gateway Building.

Phase Four: Reaping the Harvest

The "Genesis Completion Celebration" of The Corridor, anticipated by or before the end of 2026. JACMAC eateries and shops fully operational.
